Breedon on the Hill lies approximately 12 miles south east of Derby City centre and is strategically located for easy commuting to Derby, Nottingham, Loughborough, Leicester and Burton upon Trent with the additional advantage of being within minutes driving distance of the A50 for easy access to the M1, A38, and Nottingham East Midlands Airport.

Directions

The development is best approached by leaving Derby South on the Osmaston Road proceeding through Allenton, Shelton Lock and Chellaston. Thereafter at the traffic island cross over the A50 towards Melbourne. Proceed into the centre of Melbourne before turning left for Wilson. Proceed through the village of Wilson and after leaving the village of Wilson at the T junction turn right for Breedon on the Hill centre. Proceed into the centre of the village to find the development of the right hand side identified by our For Sale Board.
